We offer technical support for PC and Mac Hardware and Software, Printers, Network Troubleshooting, Software Installations, Internet Issues, Virus and Spyware Removals and Game Systems such as X-Box, PS2, Wii and Game Cube Systems.RMS Tech Support understands how essential computers are to your lifestyle. We also understand the problems that exist among the thousands of hardware devices, software titles, and the confusion that these problems cause for computer users. It is our mission to not only resolve these problems, but also to educate our customers as to why this is happening and how to prevent similar issues in the future. We operate 24 hours, 7 days a week. Our normal business hours are from 8 a m to 8 p m Eastern Standard time, Monday thru Friday. Our premium or After hours support is from 8 p m to 8 a m Eastern Standard time Monday thru Friday, and All day Saturday, Sunday and Legal Holidays. RMS Tech Support is a pay as you go Service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Credit Cards. We charge $1.50 per minute for technical support during our normal business hours. $2.50 per minute for our premium or after hours technical support. Billing does not start until you are connected to and speaking with a live person.
